Was surprised to see that, but, Jerry Jones is one of the OG’s of the O&G world.

It was actually fitting having him in the show

Not a Cowboys fan, but enjoyed his bit part in the show.

When you consider what the show is all about, the characters and the way it is scripted, JJ fit right in up

After all these episodes, the wife and daughter are still the most realistic aspect of the oil field portrayed in the show so far!

I'll subscribe for a month in a few weeks to watch that and Tulsa Kind season 2. Sounds entertaining.

We have enjoyed Billy Bob in Goliath.

While you're in there, watch both seasons of Lioness.

Just discovered Goliath recently and am already half-way through season 3. Great show!

I made it almost 1/2 the way through the first episode, I think I will stop there.

Just watched the first episode of Landman. We enjoyed it a lot and thought the writing very entertaining. Wife and I were laughing out loud at some of the dialogue.

I just finished it. Hokey but entertaining. The accents are funny. Tommy's wife (ex) reminds me of my ex so I get a chuckle out of that. I didn't know wells blew up so dang often. Seems like somebody dies on the job every episode. It aligns with a real family in Fort Worth. I can see where the insipration came from. I wonder when the second season will come out.

Once again, it's made for TV hogwash, not close to reality, with crudeness and vulgar language which serves no purpose. It's a freaking joke.

It's a TV show. No need to get all riled up about it. 'Last time I checked, it's a free country and folks can watch whatever the hell they want on TV.

It’s just show business. I’m old, born in 1942, raised in NW Texas and New Mexico farm/ranch country, worked on both and knew a lot of those guys who were born in the late 1800’s. While not all church goers, most seldom used profanity. Oddfellows and Rebeca lodges were about the only entertainment. Nearest doctor was 40 miles away. A man’s word was his bond. Getting caught lieing, stealing or messing around on the wife gave you a bad name that wasn’t forgotten. Pickups had just about replaced horses but there were enough nags and broncs around for a young guy to play with.

Just show business.

Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

You’re the one that’s ALWAYS butthurt and whining.
