Scott, does that CMC feel as good as a Timney bolt-action trigger? No

Scott, does that CMC feel as good as a Timney bolt-action trigger? I have both the Timney bolt action and MPX triggers, both very good, very crisp. The Geiselle's 2nd stage is just as light, it's just a smoother feel. The difference isn't going to make or break anyone.

My Larue OBR came with a Geissele two stage trigger and I have no complaints with it. It's a touch heavier than i like now but still pretty nice. I bought the 5.56 OBR back in 2010 and that's what LaRue was specking at the time. I was concerned when I ordered the rifle because I preferred single stage AR triggers. In hindsight, I guess I never operated a good two stage AR trigger until got my Larue so my opinion in them was ignorant.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

I don’t have a Geissele but have 3 other drop in AR triggers. CMC 2.5lb, CMC 3.5lb and a Triggertech Competitive SS flat shoe. The Triggertech is the best of the three.
