It's the best option if you can't get Fiber. It faces North unlike other satellite providers that face south

Mine has been great as well. After doing the set up, mine faces north, with a slight west tilt. But only at a 15 ish degree tilt from being strait up at the sky.

"Does the Starlink equipment come with their router?"

Yes they supply a router and everthing you need except for the mounting bracket. They supply one but it was not for a pole mpount and mine is on a pole.

I pay $99 for fiber service, only problem I have is finding a router to take advantage of the 1gb of speed which is tough. My ISP doesn’t provide one to rent. I would like to give star link a go in the future.

You're far better off spending a little more for a router and sticking with fiber.

I appreciate the help.

Primarily south.

Starlink is North. Dish/Direct would be south.
