Everyone in our area had this guy on the hit list. We think he was 7 or eight years old. He wasn't as good this year as last, so we really wanted someone to get him before the coyotes did. Nice one. Tell me about your sled I've got one just like it. 'Think it came off Amazon. Yankee ice fishing, etc. stuff.  It's handy for a decent size axis when I'm alone, scooting it into the cooler. "Jet sled"

Congrats! Great buck there.

Almost bought a sled like that. Does it work really good pulling deer? It works great. Not overly durable if you have a ton of rocks or rough road. JR

Good looking deer. He looks identical, from the broken right brow to the "flair" of his beams, to one I had coming in all year until the last week of season.

What history do you have with this deer to make you think he is 7 or 8? If he is, no doubt he needed to be whacked! Looks 3.5, of course, it's a tough photo to judge him by. Might want to have someone look at his jawbone.

Nice pic. Not showing any blood makes a great pic. He has a big neck and looks to be very healthy to me.
I like the sled. I've been considering one to drag the deer back to camp behind the jeep. I'm having back issues, seeing a neurologist on the 29th. Do they make one strong enough to drag behind a jeep?
