A friend upgraded one of the blinds on his place and he gave me this one. It was on a 4' platform so it was never on the ground. All the plywood and several 2x2's were rotten, so I began by working on one side at a time replacing what was needed and adding a new floor.
On the roof where the tin meets the frame I used spray foam to bug proof the top, new hinges & door latch, weather stripping on all windows, and fresh paint it's ready for next year.
I ordered 4 3' side vents and a rubber floor mat which should be here next week.
Rain headed our way tonight and tomorrow so this will be a good test to see if it's dry inside, I sure hope so.
