I used to spend between $10k-$15k up per year there for last 12 years! ( I took clients hunting and had their kills processed and shipped to them) They recently let Theresa go (she worked in the front) and I won’t spend another dime there! Beau Brennan is the Manager there and a complete douche bag! Joe Musacchio is the owner and has done some special things for me in the past but I will no longer support him now that Theresa is gone. Her service was amazing…no longer. RIP to that business…

When did it change ownership? We have always had good experiences and products from them. It split. Syracuse Sausage and Cinnamon Creek. Syracuse use to do game and commercial, now Syracuse just does commercial, and Cinnamon creek does game processing And the one gal that worked the front forever is gone now Not good. I can’t tell you how many times, she stayed late when I was coming in hot from out state hunts.
Bottom line, never trust a man whose uncle was eaten by cannibals.-Sen Joni Ernst

Yup, that is Theresa…thats who I was talking about. She came in one time when they were closed in the off season and I had several hogs from clients. She didn't have to do that…but she did! I wonder if Joe has any clue how much she actually took care of us? I wonder if he knows how much business he will lose now that she is gone?
Oh well, now I wont drive an hour OUT OF MY WAY to go there any more…

Went there once not impressed. Now I use Joshua Processing. Great people great sausage and very very friendly at a great price as well. That’s where I’m going. Used them when I lived in Crowley. They take deboned meat so no processing charge. Got 25 pounds of frozen deboned meat from a doe and will have deboned meat from 150 lb. buck after I debone it tomorrow. It’s been in a cooler for 5 days.
