14 month recovery for me. Still can’t pickup anything over 15 pounds.

14 month recovery for me. Still can’t pickup anything over 15 pounds. Man that sucks, hope you get better soon. I’m in the same boat right now I keep forgetting I have hardly any strength in my arm, almost dropped the coffee pot and broke it, just normal movements and lose all strength.

Had both common extensor tendons reattached in both elbows. Recovery is long, but both seem to be recovered to about 80%. Good luck, sir.

I was thinking it was going to be a pretty quick turn around time. I really don’t want the surgery but really need to get my strength back and get back to normal.
