Change the stairs out for an escalator.

Years ago, my brother-in-law and I built a stand for a family friend of my dad's. Let's just say, he had disposable cash. It was a 10'X10' box, with a 36" catwalk 360*. Made it a total of 13'X13'. The deck was 20', making the peak somewhere around 30'-32'. This sat on top of a hill. It was up there. I'm pretty sure he had close to $10K in this 20 years ago.
