What’s your favorite little debbie to take ? I like the Xmas trees right now and if we’re out of those maybe an oatmeal crème pie . And you’d figure they’d have made a wrapper that’s less noisy by now there’s a marketing pitch in there somewhere for hunters and them 🤣🤣

Glazed donut sticks. Man, they are good. Always have them in the fridge. 12 seconds in the microwave. Heaven.

My man....

G-pa got me started on oatmeal sandwiches early. I need a large glass of milk with them though.

If people actually knew what they were eating, they’d stop wondering why America is so overweight and unhealthy now.

Tie between Zebra Cakes and Nutty Buddys. They were a lot better 20+ years ago before the govt made them remove the transfats.

If I had to eat one it would be between the Oatmeal pies and the Starcrunch but I cannot tell you the last time I've had either.

Now a vanilla Zinger...that is where it's at.

No disagreement there, Ray. But there are plenty of sweet treats made without all the processed crap and preservatives. That's what I prefer to eat when I indulge 👍

We'll absolutely die at some point. but that doesn't mean we should expedite the process by eating poison.

My wife and I got a late start having our son at 35 so I want to be around as long as humanly possible to see him grow old and get married and hopefully get to meet my grandkids before leaving this earth. Although we've ate pretty healthy for years we're trying to eat as clean as possible and cut things out of our lives that might put us in an early grave. I'm 3 months in on quitting nicotine and 1.5 years on quitting spirits (liquor) I've also recently cut out beer as well. The beer one seems to be a bit harder than the others LOL.

I have a good friend that has been an independent distributor for Little Debbie's for 40+ years in my area. No telling how many tons of their products he has sold. I don`t discriminate when it comes to their cakes and cookies. I like them all, but I haven`t eaten one in many years. I would guess their oatmeal pies is what I`ve ate the most.

A handful of Oatmeal cookies and a cup of coffee in the blind at dawn does not suck.

If I'm intaking any sugar, it is in the form of Bourbon neat.

My favorite ones are gone and it was the chocolate chip cakes. Very similar to the Christmas cakes but chocolate cake instead.

I agree they are poison but sometimes I like them. When I'm in the Belton area I always stop at Miller's BBQ as Mama Miller will make homemade Oatmeal Creampies.

Not really a fan of Little Debbies, but Fudge Rounds and Star Crunch do in a pinch.

I don’t eat that chit. However when I was a kid my grandfather ate a sack of zebra cakes every morning with his coffee before heading to the gas plant. I thought they were really called Papaw cupcakes. He was skinny as a rail and rode a bike in the summer to stay in shape for quail season.

I agree. I am no health or fitness nut but I do avoid heavily processed garbage like that. Sweets in general never really appealed to me. I would much rather eat a heaping pile of bacon than anything sugary. I don’t even like cokes or other sweet drinks.

Always chuckle at the variety of responses. “I don’t eat that chit, poison, rot your teeth out…”. Dadgum, you would think the topic was low fence/high fence or Ford vs. Chevy. As a kid, oatmeal cream pies were the bomb, today I love it when Momma gets the kids cosmic brownies so I can snag 1 or 2.

In my house, a box of little debbies rarely lasts through the night. You better get it while you can!

Look at the obesity problem in America. Ultra processed foods and too much food are major factors in why we have the obesity problem. I see so many men that I've known my whole life. Now in their 40's with huge guts.

Everything in moderation my friend. Over consumption and lack of exercise is the real culprit. Not poor old Little Debbie. We are all going to die. Nobody gets out alive.

Little debbie is to blame for obesity like guns are to blame for crime. People don’t get fat because we have cheap delicious snacks. They get fat because they choose to eat too much, and choose to be less active.

We probably have more gyms in America than any place else, too. You have a choice.

There was a time that I could sit and eat an entire box of the oatmeal cream pies. Now days I won't eat one.
We have a guy that likes to visit my brothers ranch, he always brings a few boxes of Little Debbie stuff. I stay away from it

It's been a long time since I've had a little debbie. I always liked the brownies and the star crunch I think it was. They have to be the most artificial tasting snacks you can buy but some still taste good. My biggest temptation when trying to stay healthier is desserts and sweets but thankfully little debbies aren't remotely tempting. It's the bakery section of the grocery store that I have to avoid lol

My favorites used to be the Star Crunches, Nutty Buddies, Swiss Rolls and the Oatmeal Cream Pies. I haven't had a Star Crunch in years, but the past 10 years or so, the Oatmeal Cream Pies and Nutty Buddies are all pretty tasteless and not the same. Swiss Rolls are still really good and about the only thing we buy.

Thanks,
Rich
