For 10 years, I’ve thought about this moment. Happened this morning, he got his first deer. Not the best shot, he jerked the trigger pretty good but she only made it 10 yards before she piled up. He was cool as a cucumber throughout the whole deal, must be all those hunting videos he watches. Outstanding, that's a memory neither of y'all will ever forget.
I got my first deer when I was 10 and I remember it like it was yesterday.

Lol I was thinking that when we walked up to it but I wasn’t going to start in and ruin his moment and excitement. I was just excited with him. He understood when we got it to the house and had it hanging. Made the first cut and told him to dig in and get to scooping. Actually he caught one lung and liver. Whats in the picture is obviously the exit.
