I just received a call from Mrs. Dink that he passed away last night in his sleep. He was a dear friend of mine and I'm sure many of you have some of his leather work and have met him.
He had no pain and left this world quitely. His wife will send me details on funeral/memorial arrangements and I'll post when I get them.

Wow.. I just saw Mike a few weeks ago at 407BBQ. Seemed to be in good health and great spirits. So very sad to hear. Mike was a great guy with a big heart and will be missed. RIP Sir.

That is some sad news. He lived near me, been to my house a few times and we had some great hunting discussions. He made a few things for me. He was a solid individual.

My wife and I met him and his wife a couple of years ago. We met up so he could give me some 16g shotgun hulls for me to load black powder shells for an old shotgun. We had a wonderful visit and I looked forward to seeing him again….
So very sad for his family. Such a wonderful giving man….
I will miss that I didn’t get to visit with him more…
