I quit smoking, I quit dipping, and I quit drinking. I'm an expert at quitting bad addictive habits, and I'm gonna tell you guys my secret, the trick is don't say F it. Seriously, I think I'm gonna write a book on this, and the name of my book will be "Don't say F**** it". That is why people can't quit, because they say those words.
They get a craving, and they say F it, and they have that drink or dip... You just gotta not say it, "get past that moment" and not say it, and you are good. And when you have another craving moment, repeat the process. And as time goes on, you will have less and less of those moments, and it is all downhill.

Congrats on quitting! I quit carrying smoke's which enabled me to slow down considerably. Then just put them down completely, no smokes for 22 years.
