Just asking Ese, in the grand scheme of things, is the horns down hand gesture by sideline players and/or fans really that offensive? In the 60s-80s, all kinds of hand gestures were made and I really don't recall a big bruha-ha being made about it. Think horns down were even done and most simply laughed it off at the time and if winning, simply pointed to the scoreboard. Just trying to understand if society is really that "soft" when it comes to some mild taunting.

I think you missed it..... nobody cares about the whole horns down thing..... the guy is an aggy and he thinks that making your identity "little brother" is a detriment.

Right, I was more generally talking in regard to Horns Down gesture done by whatever other school or fans when playing UT, hardly seems like a deadly gesture and nothing like what was done in the older days. I'm done trying to figure out the hate between A&M and UT; I hear about it much more from A&M towards UT than the other way around from associates of mine that schooled at either. A&M seems to hold very hard to that hate and UT folk just seem to blow off A&M, best I can tell and see. Maybe that is the genesis of it all actually, A&M feels a lack of respect from UT, treated like 2nd class citizens. Not sure I actually get it but probably not meant to be gotten, lol...

I saw Georgia is 45-3 since 2021. All 3 losses were to Alabama. I really need Texas to beat them and pretty much Eliminate them from SEC championship game.

Ewers isn’t back they will get smoked. Manning got a great arm but kid can’t keep great safeties honest, and lack of dominant run game is letting linebackers bail to quick into zone. Manning last two games have been crap for a top 5 team. Kids just not there yet.
