Any teal NTx reports?

I heard alot of new birds showed up yesterday afternoon.

Teal showed up in SE Louisiana Saturday and are still here. The blind I hunted in shot 8 Saturday - 18 Sunday and 12 today. Good action and enjoying it. Pic from Sunday two blinds 5 man limit 30 teal on our lease.

I’m done with teal, shoot’n dove this weekend.

On the X..... We only have 16 days to shoot teal here in SE Louisiana in September and when they show up you gotta go get them. Two boats went out on the lease today and we were done by 7:00am. Really good duck hunting on good property. Two more days to go and we will be out there.

We had a fair amount over in the marsh east of Houston ,but they are gone now.

Me too- 2 of us shot 90 dove, 3 limits in 3 days hunted about 5 hours total. Parts of West Tx Loaded.

Attached are a couple pics from Saturday and Sunday. Slowed down Sunday but overall we had a good September teal season here in SE Louisiana. Hunting with family and friends having a good time.

Dove hunting this weekend in west Texas, had 1 BWT come straight to me and my mojo. I knew immediately it was a teal from way out. Wish I had steel shot I would have smoked it.

I saw decent number Haskell county, less than what I saw for the opener. Shot 10 Saturday afternoon, camped, and 10 more Sunday morning and came home.

I teal hunted with my longtime hunting buddy last Saturday. There were a lot of hunters in the marshes we chose to hunt. There were also a lot of teal. We were obviously not the only ones that found them… the way the area lays out it hunts big and we were not bothered by the competition of other hunters. We shot a few teal early, before the sun came up. We were finished and had the boat on the trailer by 8:30. The retards in their airboats started blowing all over the marshes at 7:30. I wish they were banned from public hunting marshes. They couldn’t get to where we were but listening to that loud [censored] crap is obnoxious as heck and not what anyone goes hunting for. By Saturday afternoon the large numbers of birds had been blown out of that system of public marshes by the incessant high decibel prop noise of those infernal air boats. They are the only water craft I despise more than jet skis and wake boats.

Grateful the large land owners in our area that lease property for duck hunting do not allow air boats on their properties here in SE Louisiana. Air boats will dissipate any groups of duck on a property. They don't like them.

Already getting the itch for September!
