Tikka Roughneck available in either caliber, which do you pick? Any advantages one over the other?

If they are the same twist and you are going to reload then the WSM so you can get longer monos or heavies seated to a proper length.
If you are just gonna run factory ammo, COAL doesn't matter then get the 300wm where it is easier to find ammo.

I have both. I like the 300wm because it holds an extra round.

Whizzum would be my pick.

Any action, 300 PRC then 300 WSM.
Tikka has a short magazine and a feed ramp that hinders long ammo. In a Tikka, 300 WSM first choice.
300 WSM often has less muzzle velocity than the 300 Win Mag, but I have seen some 300 WSM run faster than other Win Mags, with the same bullet. There are fast barrels, moderate speed barrels, and slow barrels. And you never know what yours is going to he until you develop a load for it. Precise shooting over velocity every time.

I got an idea…I’ll sell you my 30 Nosler for $4000, you take it and enjoy your hunt…when you get back, I’ll buy it back for $3300. In the end you get what you want, save money and I’ll get to keep my badass rifle

But, he'd get to shoot a well made rifle, and ammunition that was actually load developed for the rifle. Instead of asking the internet for a pet load, trying it, it doesn't work, then selling the rifle.

At this point, I think half the reason Buzz buys a new gun is to give somebody a great deal on it when he finds something he likes better

There are a few posted here which are intriguing but are priced too high. Scanning Gunbroker, bidding on a few here and there. Unless you plan on Nilgai Hunting a couple of times, why don't you just use the free loaner? That sounds like a no-brainer.
