Mainly just brace height and knock height, you can get off in the weeds on spine and point weight but most guys overcomplicate it.

If you don’t have a clean release ( and most don’t) it’s gonna do all kinds of funky stuff. Let the fletching do its job and let it rip

I got it dialed in pretty good last year by trimming my bare shaft and experimenting with nock height. But if you don’t use it, you lose it. I just can’t shoot my trad bow that good anymore.
