Almost met him once. I bought a ammo box at an estate sale that was from the Vietnam war. I reached out to him to give it to him, he said he would like to have it and would be in Fort Worth to see his son, we could meet out there, for whatever reason he changed his mind? He was obviously a very good man may he R.I.P .gif "angel") BTW he is still #1 poster and will be for quite awhile  dogcatcher 110,840 bill oxner 91,416

Thanks for letting us know Blackpowder. Your Dad as you know was a special man that lives on through his Family, Friends and many others that he touched with his calls, wisdom or just friendly talk with others.

Sorry for your and your family’s loss may he rest in peace.
I remember there was a post years back when Ballinger was voting to be wet again and he had information about how many saloons that little twin once had. I posted it would interesting to know since that is were my lease is and he posted a newspaper article or something from the early 1900’s that had the names and addresses of the saloons.

Very sorry for your loss. I never met him in person but we communicated a couple of times. He will be missed.
If the 2nd amendment was written just to include guns for hunting, why is there not an amendment to protect fishing poles?
