...business, what would you buy?

We are looking at a couple of laundromats and/or a car wash.

Thoughts?

I've thought about vending machines. Seems like little to no overhead, a little upkeep.
You could operate both snack(s), and drink(s). The issue is finding a place or business willing to place them.

Slow steady return but my brother has looked at storage facilities. Not HVAC. Both buy and build options. He never pulled the trigger. I thought he was on the right track depending on location. That and security is tops.

I have no idea how profitable they are, but those little un-manned automated Ice houses that dispense crushed ice down a chute are pretty slick ($2.00 for either a 16 lb. bag or 20 lbs. loose down the chute into your ice chest.)

If you can't laugh at yourself, give me a call. I'll gladly laugh at you.

Problems with those two is they are few and far between, and then finding someone willing to sell a cash business like that is the other issue.

Absolutely in on storage units. Monthly automated billing to only credit cards, land appreciates while you rake, almost zero maintenance.

Why do you need the launder money is the real question here?

Both of those businesses are typically only profitable if you’re… rarely are they profitable.

I’d look for a vape/smoke shop. Those rarely go under unless your staff sucks or you use your own product extensively.

Definitely.

In my case, being very rural, I could also make a whole lot of money storing boats and travel trailers. Gravel and steel roofs fetch high rent.

Gravel parking for a 16 foot trailer with no cover runs $75 a month in Forney. Covered for up to a 43 foot TT runs $200 a month without power.

1 acre of land has a lot of potential to make $$$

Nobody want to drive out to the sticks to store boats or even trailers.

You need to be in the city where you can't park a boat or trailer in your driveway.

My wife’s cousin has made millions building and selling these all over FL. He had a lot of seed money going in from his parents, but he had definitely turned that into a LOT of money. He has some being built in Tampa and Miami as we speak.

Wish I had that kind of money to invest in one of his ventures, he seems to have the Midas touch.

Shut up dumbazz.

Me being "in the sticks" is also 15 minutes from a future boat ramp on Lake Ralph Hall.

If I sell it all, I'll be a multimillionaire. While you're riding your bicycle in the way of people trying to drive their cars to work, in Frisco.
