Too many good songs to narrow it down to just 3
Been listening to a lot of Warren Zevon lately Blast from the past! Werewolves of London, bring Lawyers, guns and money Desperados under the eaves, Carmelita and Roland the headless Thompson gunner are much better songs. Mohammed’s radio is another really good one
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

3 that’s I’ve grown fond of lately:
Carmelita- Warren Zevon
Damn Near Normal - Koe Wetzel
Somebody else - The 1975
Another good 3 :
Ride- Lana Del Rey
Sky blue and black - Jackson Brown
Dreamin’ man- Neil Young
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

I can't pick three. I have over 500 CD's and 100's of LP's and cassettes...over 1000 songs to choose from that I own. Add the ones I don't and it's too much. That being said ... Not sure I have all-time favorites, but these are top three for now:
Steel Drivers - Where Rainbows Never Die Aaron Watson - Bluebonnets Flatland Calvary - Mountain Song
Runner up - Diamonds and Daughters by Aaron Watson Never heard of any of these songs or any of the artists.
Pass the gravy.

Taxman……Beatles Sympathy for the Devil…..Rolling Stones If you could read my mind….Gordon Lightfoot
Could have named many more but it would take too long to narrow down the final top 3….

I finally picked my top 3 this morning. Honestly, there’s no way to just name 3 and have the final right 3. I was gonna say to pick the top 5, but imagine how long the combined lists would be. Anyway:
All American Girl, by Johnny Rodriguez I love Rock and Roll, by Joan Jett Summer of 69, by Bryan Adams
I listened to numerous playlists and wrote down maybe 15 songs, and picked from that list. In the process I think I learned something about myself, in that the 3 songs are ones that I can sing back-up to when in the truck, and not just listen to. Makes me a frustrated back-up singer, I suppose.
As for the family’s get-drunk-at-Christmas- and listen-to compilation of songs, I’ve seen most of the song names. I have no stinkin idea who most of them are, but that’s the point of this. I might find some music I like.

Gasguzzler, don’t be a weenie. Step up and name 3. Don’t have to have the absolute 3, but just 3 that represent music you like.
