Federal Premium with the 140 Barnes TSX. I'm also trying the Federal Premium 140gr Trophy Bonded this year, looks like a great bullet.
I like copper bullets for whitetail hunting as I usually shoot high-shoulder shots. I've heard good things about the Barnes 120gr TTSX but I haven't shot them.
Sidenote - I've never had a good blood trail on a deer shot with a rifle. I shot a nice 8-point buck through both lungs with a .308, and it looked like pencil holes entrance/exit with a drop of blood on the body. Then when skinning, there were softball-sized entrance and exit holes on the ribs, the skin just retracted and no blood trail. That's a big reason I shoot high shoulder now as there is no tracking required, the deer drops where it stands.

I’m a big fan for Barnes TTSX 120 grain in the 7mm-08. It drops them DRT in most cases and leaves a good blood trail if not.
Only downside I see is some guns don’t like changing from copper to guilding metal bullets. Usually a good clean to remove the guilding metal before switching to copper works well.

Cajun in Tx Great point Cajun, on cleaning a rifle when switching from gilding metal to copper bullets. I did that and the Barnes TSX shot outstanding in my 7mm-08. The Federal Trophy Bonded didn't seem affected by switching from gilding metal bullets. However, they have a light nickel coat on them so that probably changes things.
