It would serve them right if AG Paxton were to shut down the whole fair for failing to obey State Constitutional law!

I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

The state fair runs for 24 days only. The Appeals Court isn't likely to put him at the front of the line for something like this.

This stuff is called “court shopping” or picking the right judge.

I have traveled many places and of course airports have body scanner and the good ones where you have to put your hands in the air and it scanner goes all around you. Plus traveling especially in the Philippines you get alot of scanners, like walking into malls or bus terminals. My buddy tucks his pistol in his groin area and nevers gets caught. The weak link is always the person who does the final check.

The State Fair of Texas appears very easy place to carry you gun if you wanted to, I could of went in the exit that is how relaxed the security was. They have something called people movers and you need to remove your hat, and it appears they have just regular fair people working scanners. I myself when I used to carry on me I never looked or cared if a store or a business had any signage I just carried and the fine was like $200, they say it's against the law to carry a gun on lake that is corp property, I know many who violate that law. If you couldn't get you gun into the State Fair with a LTC then you aren't very wise or smart, looked like a piece of cake to me. The fair crowd is made up by about 80% woman and children and most seemed to me caucasian when I was there on Wednesday, to me the State Fair is like a 2nd home I have been going so long, no need or desire to tote one with me.

Exactly! So, the only people that don't have guns will be the law abiding citizens. That shows how blatantly stupid the policy is.
