Can they find the distributor through the manufacturer, and then use that info to find the dealer where they can look up the original purchaser? Yes. Do they have this all in a database at Langley? No. Not unless the dealer went out of business...in which case they probably do have it at Langley.

I posted this initially because it was reported Austin Private Wealth placed what seemed to be a historic and extreme 12,000,000 share short bet which should have raised red flags for a number of reasons. Their filing is now being reported as an error and amended to show only 12 contracts or 1,200 shares - not 12 million shares / 16 percent of float, as initially reported. They said a multiplier was applied by a third party vendor that increased the number of shares by a multiple of 10,000 for all option contracts in their SEC filings, not just $DJT.

This incident is being investigated by the FBI… Yet another litmus test for the whole world to size up Wray and the FBLie.
