My daughter had a PoliSci teacher that was an over-the-top liberal, she openly let her students now hat she voted in Republican primaries, she was teaching them the ropes. There is no doubt that my daughter gave her some grief.

If you're a Democrat and you want to take out a republican and make it look like a republican was the shooter, you recruit a dipchit 20 year old lib who hasn't registered to vote yet. Have him register as a republican, get him to buy a DR shirt and then let him know that a particular rooftop will be open at this event. Fill his head with thoughts of saving the world from the next Hitler. After he shoots Trump, eliminate the kid so he can't talk. I'm sure the SS snipers didn't know that he missed until after they eliminated him.

The Secret Service isn't the A Team, at best they are the C+ Team. The only reason they look good is because not many people ever get around to taking a shot at a politician but something tells me that is about to change.

I’m actually surprised the security perimeter was not farther out. Shooter was ~ 150 yards out. Perimeter should have been much further. I bet it is next time for an open air event. I suspect management has some explaining to do!

No. No one posting knows enough about the advanced planning to accuse Secret Service Agents on the ground at this event to accuse them of being involved in an attempted hit on DJT. WE know how a few things look on TV, but we don’t have 1% of the information necessary. Too many points of failure to involve enough agents on the ground to be involved in an attempt on his life. There was an obvious failure, but to what degree none of us know.

I would say allowing a shooter to get within 130ish yards of Trump in an area with few rooftops is the definition of gross incompetence.
