Looks like all cases have been dropped. Article said they all went to lunch. Hopefully, Jerry didn’t just throw more money at it. It would be nice if Jerry’s kids told him that she is welcome around the office and it’s time to move forward. Sounds like Jerry’s kids and wife were set to testify. Jerry had all this dropped because he realized the path he was talking was stupid, just bad PR for himself is all he is doing by being a stubborn PC/a-hole. As I said in the beginning of this post, not sure what he hoped to accomplish with the path he was taking, just bad PR is all I could see.
