Can’t make sense if this paternity situation. Don’t really understand his logic. Apparently he impregnated a lady 25 years ago and paid her off. Now kid is grown and is on record Jerry is her dad. He gave a dna test. I’m sure someone had results. I don’t think he can really silence the kid, she never really agreed to any contract. I think she should be able to speak freely. And I guess his legit kids have a sister they didn't know about, I'm sure they are pissed at Dad for being a dumb asss, they probably feel guilty as well.

From what I am reading now in the article, JJ gave them millions already in 1998, sounds like the momma Ho already received a generous payout for her services rendered  and now the daughter is following in her foot steps! (Jones contends that he and the Davises reached a settlement agreement in 1998. The contract prevented them from “suing or supporting any suit to establish paternity.” It also required them to keep the settlement details confidential. They allegedly received millions of dollars under the agreement.)

There are no laws requiring you to give support or acknowledge of your genealogy in to legal adult hood. she is making bad publicity to try to get him to pay out more money to shut her up. He half brothers and sister are probably itching to get rid of her, their way

What is he going to gain is a better question. There was a defamation suit, daughter suing Jerry, which has been dismissed. The current suit is Jerry counter suing that defamation suit, breach of contract. Jerry is the plaintiff in this current suit. I guess he is pissed off, he probably has a case against the mom, but I do not see how he has a case against his daughter. Suing your daughter, wow.

I agree with Guy. He’s suing his daughter, it’s a terrible look. It seems pretty clear she is his child. The child is not bound for life to an agreement made with the mother.
She can say whatever she likes. Now, if she knows Jerry is not her dad and keeps saying it. That’s another issue.
