With UW graduation in town last weekend we headed up to the ranch to work and enjoy a day off. Cleared some ditch of willows and put out more trace mineral blocks. We have a food plot getting started and elk and deer are using the meadows regularly. Put a pot of Anasazi beans on Friday afternoon and by rib time Saturday they were great. Used some red oak to smoke the ribs on a Weber kettle, 1st time using one and it cooked nice. Elk found our food plot and looks like they ate all the peas that were in the seed mix, lol. Great way to enjoy the weekend Food plot is looking good and the ribs and beans look  I have that same Weber Kettle for quite some time and love it!
