Stopped off there for lunch, on the way to Inks Lake State Park. Had an Egg Burger and tater salad. Then got some Jalapeño beef sticks, chow chow, and pickled quail eggs. I like the food and I like that they have parking in the back for TT draggers like me, and for cowboys with cattle and horse trailers. Ain’t Texas grand?

they also do a good job of processing deer & hogs, just have to be skinned and quartered.
In their meat market, their prepackaged chicken fajita thighs are some of the best I've found.

Smoked pork tenderloin, breakfast sausage, and picnick smokies are some of my favorites.
Do not eat lunch there if you are in a hurry.

Been going there for about 5 decades. They have the meat market/country store on the right, and to the left is the restaurant. Highly recommend the sausage burger and cold beverage of your choice. SD approved joint, definitely.
