I'm coming up on 71 years old, with five daughters. When you are actively involved during the conception, gestation, and actual delivery, there is a tendency to say "We are pregnant" when the next one comes along. Sitting on the stool helping your wife deliver with the doctor standing behind you coaching/directing - makes it a "we" event.
A Democracy is when two wolves and a lamb vote on the dinner menu. That is why this country was specifically not designed as a Democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic.

"We're Pregnant!", makes as much sense as when a parent says "WE" won the game when talking about their son's baseball or football game. What if said parent is a coach? Because I say that all the time  Coach is part of the team. Parents are not. I never say “ we won” when talking about my kids sports team. They either win or lose, I had nothing to do with it. That’s the same as someone saying “ we won” when talking about the Cowboys or the Astros. I’m sorry sir, I didn’t know you were on the roster… As far as the “we” being pregnant, a male cannot be pregnant. The female is pregnant. The male can impregnate, but cannot be pregnant. But what if I'm on the pregnant lady's roster?
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I remember the first time I heard the term “gender reveal party” Until he explained it I thought he got his dingle dangle removed or something. Same here. I honestly thought it was a time when some kid told everyone what sex he/she was going to identify with.
