Sunday meal. Fried Flounder, home cut fries and fried squash. It was tolerable.

You did good. Flounder is my favorite fish. I like that you didn`t peel the home fries. I just scrub potatoes really good under running water and never peel them. My wife will peel a 5 lb. bag and have 2 lbs. of peelings.

Flounder truly is one of the best, especially with cornmeal. My problem with fried squash and okra is that me and my wife eat it as soon as it comes out of the skillet, not much makes it to the table for dinner!
