Trump's ego wants to be president again and they know exactly who will pull the most votes as VP...that is who he will pick, it has zero to do with who has defied him in the past...as long as they are willing to take a knee to him now and will be the best option to get him additional votes he might not now have. If Hillary fell into all those categories, he'd take her...you're kidding yourself if you think otherwise.

She legally killed her own dog for killing chickens and biting people. What the hell is wrong with y’all. The dog needed killing. Bobo was spot on. Weak men afraid to stand up and call bull crap at all the mamby pamby political correctness mess in our country is the only reason this is even being talked about. I find it hard to believe that even a single one of y’all are suggesting Noem cow down to that crap. That is not who she is. That is precisely the reason those I, who am not real big on women in politics to start with, support Noem. Maybe dog needed to be dealt with, but you don't tell everything you know, just because you know it, especially if you are trying to persuade people to like and trust you. If she did not know that by now, she was never going to win any election or help anyone win anyway.

Personally, I think she’s done with politics. Can’t run again for Governor. More interested in selling books.

Personally, I think she’s done with politics. Can’t run again for Governor. More interested in selling books. If I was setup in South Dakota at that age last thing I'd do is get into national politics and move to DC. Maybe she sabotaged herself on purpose.

I havent followed this much but I may kind of be caught up now.
It seems to me that her telling about the dog was a win win IN HER MIND AT THE TIME.
How she deals with animals is a win for her(in her mind).
Telling about it is also a win for her(in her mind).
Its not like someone blind sided her and caught her off guard and she blurted it out. She and her advisors must of thought long and hard about putting it in that book and felt it was in her best interest. Rather it was best for her as a person or for her political career is yet to be seen. Im rooting for her.
At some point in life its time to quit chasing the pot of gold and just enjoy the rainbow. FR
