Leasing our Western-Central Burnet County property. Would like two hunters to split $4500 per year lease. The hunting includes archery, general and late doe seasons. There is potential for water and electricity hookups for short term camping. We live on the property and use the lease money to help pay taxes.

There are numerous deer and occasional hogs and turkeys. There’s a spring-fed creek and small pond. BYOB (bring your own blinds and stuff) No feeders or blinds are currently on the property.
