We got two inches here in Sweetwater yesterday -- perfect excuse for cheesy rosemary focaccia and a pot of ham and lima bean soup.

That certainly looks good, but I've never been a fan of large lima beans. Just a little too pulpy for me. I'll go for butter beans or baby limas all day long tho!!!
