Buddy and I have been taking our ducks to Cinnamon Creek Processing in Roanoke for Duck Tamales. They are great but will no longer be doing them. Anyone know of another processor preferably in North Texas that will do them. Their spicy ones were delicious and we are kinda bummed.

Please advise and TIA.

That sucks; their tamales are top notch. They are only stopping on ducks?

I haven't seen any other options at other processors for duck tamales. On an off topic, Cinnamon Creek's Texas twisters are stupid good.

Y'all have to try them next time you take a deer there. It's a spicy venison bacon burger wrapped in bacon. One of my friends tried a sample one year and the next year he orders his entire deer be made of Texas twisters.

Cinnamon Creek screwed a friend of mine on some bison meat. We met the owner when we were dropping our animals off at the drop point in New Mexico. Based upon what he told us, and then what happened and what the charges were...he needs to retire.
