4th season elk hunt, unit 85 just under 1600 acres. Should draw with 0 points. THIS IS A DIY HUNT. The place is 10-15 miles west of Trinidad Colorado with a few different access points on both sides. Plenty high points and cover. 3 hunters max and no guest. Rvs and tents allowed but roads are rough. No water or power. Theres a few air bnbs pretty close.
$5k total. Half due by March 15 and other half due after draw results posted. If not drawn, I will refund the deposit with proof you sent in and were unsuccessful. Aerials and pics will be provided after I talk with you.
This place sometimes will have 100s of elk and then other times none. I can not guarantee you will kill.

To clarify, the 5k is for all 3 not each. So just under 1700 a person. This hunt is discounted because its during Thanksgiving.

That is a great opportunity. There are some bruiser bulls near Trinidad.

Most of the marked property on the aerial photograph shows to be public land on the county tax assessor website.

It has a section of State land. State school lease land is in not open public access land unless the hunting is leased back to the state. In this case Onx does not show the section of state land as leased back, there for access is same as private property, as its leased from the state by the adjoining ranch.
