I have a friend who does ministry work and puts together small group events. He wants to put on a dove hunt for a group of 12 hunters. Looking for recommendations. Open to dates, but opening weekend is tough because some folks travel from other areas and the holiday plus short week after takes some guys out.
Must have sufficient lodging (12 beds). Last time he had 12 hunters and 8 beds, so someone miscommunicated somewhere. Prefer lodging on site, but we have stayed at a lodging facility and driven a short distance to hunt. Doesn’t have to be fancy, but a small living area for his lessons so that everyone can attend would be preferred.
We can provide all food and drinks and do all of the cooking, cleaning etc. OR open to an all inclusive deal.
Prefer north or NW TX. (Ft Worth to Abilene, Witchita Falls to Coleman)
Also, can’t promise anything but if a ranch had exotics, someone might want to hunt them as well.
Who do you recommend?

Stompy on here has just what you’re looking for, if he has available dates.

Rickym in the outfittters section has a nice setup in S Texas. Maybe further than you want to go but would have dove as well as hogs and exotics.

Thank you guys for the recommendation, hope to see y’all soon!
While we are in south Texas, we can absolutely provide what you are looking for. Already have good dove numbers but are planting 25 plus acres in black oil sunflowers to mix with the natives. Have axis and blackbuck on the property as well. Housing is on the property for up to 20, not including if people brought in travel trailers(8 spots with water and electric) and have great rooms from 400-1000sq feet with plenty of seating. If interested we can discuss further, please feel free to reach out anytime via text or call.
