Yessr, I'm living the same life at the moment but full time. Lots of cooking adjustments but I kinda like it.

Yup, you can do some amazing things on three burners and a small oven. Our TT has brought lots of joy and many full bellies. The Corian counter top between the stove and sink make a great place to clean and package some venison too.
