Put a rack of baby backs and spare ribs on the smoker today. Did the 2-2-1 method at mostly 225-250°. They turned out fantastic! Best ribs I’ve ever done.

Used a couple different layers of dry rub, then glazed with Salt Lick BBQ sauce.

I had some ribs at “The Big Empty”inSeymour today that were terrible. The old ladies serving the BBQ were nice enough to make me go back for another try though.

Picked up a couple racks of St. Louis style spare ribs at HEB yesterday. On sale for 1.97lb! Put in the freezer for future use.
