You're not really old, unless you still use an old bacon grease separator!! Kids these days look and ask how you make coffee with such a weird pot on the stove??

My grandma always had one on the stove.

My mom kept a 3# gold coffee can sitting right next to the stove. My grandmothers both had a container next to their stove as well.

I just pour the cleanest grease off of the top into this Tupperware, then put it in the fridge, works out just fine
