This time fried up bacon, added the cut up pieces of heart. I love it cut in strips with salt and pepper and fried in butter to medium rare. I have to fight with my wife as she tries to eat it as I plate it

I love it cut in strips with salt and pepper and fried in butter to medium rare. I've recently introduced my kids to this and now they are hooked.
