No. Thankfully. Nearest bear sighting was about 30 miles from our lease. Don't know where you're located but 30 miles is not too far for a bear. My first guess would have been bear, very similar stories to what happens with local guys near where I live. Those bears are multiplying quick and range is expanding all the time.
