Really. I think it’s pretty cool. My house is right in the total eclipse path. I’m looking forward to it.

It was cool for my youngest kids & I recently during the last one. Being kids they had never seen one. We were at a Mexican restaurant eating when it started, had the glasses in the truck. Things started getting gloomy, so we stopped eating and went outside with the glasses. Kids thought it was really cool, but were pretty much over it after 15 minutes and a brief lesson on why it happens. Went back to our meal and some of the staff and kid's of patrons there asked if they could borrow our glasses to go see. Well of course lol. A couple of the old ladies working there got a kick out of seeing it and lots of big smiles.

I guess it's all about perspective, seeing something different that normally doesn't happen in our day to day lives. IMO we don't spend enough time looking up.

Lying is lying. Don't bitch about one doing it and condone another. That's called hypocrisy.

I've already had to put the word out to my guys that this is an all hands on deck event. No time off approved for that day.

I’m 62 and never seen a total eclipse. I have seen partial eclipse, very lame ones. So lame it was hard to even see it.
