I have decided to sell a turkey hunt on our property this year. 3 weekends of hunting (Saturday and Sunday) will be included and we can designate them in advance around your schedule. This is not a day lease. Only one hunt will be sold.
Hunt area includes about 160 acres and Turkeys have not been hunted in about 15 years.

Two hunters allowed and one Tom Turkey each. Price will be $1,500 including both hunters.

There will be no alcohol, no smoking, no trash left behind, no accommodations, no rifle hunting, no campfires, no camping. Additional rules may be specified if I think of any. All rules will be strictly enforced. Any violations will result in immediate termination of hunting rights without refund.

I'm located about 30 minutes Southeast of San Antonio. If you're interested send me your number and give me a few days to get back to you as I get pretty busy at times.

There are Hotels and restaurants within 15-20 minutes.
