I saw this recipe to make "party ribs," and if the end goal of your baby back ribs is to be smothered in bbq sauce, to me this is a new way to do it. They were done in under 3 hours time, here is the link for them: Smoked Party Ribs The only thing I did different was when I wrapped them I tossed them into the oven, it also started raining anyway. As for the crispy potato salad, it will be something that I am going to keep on hand now. It took about an hour for the potatoes to crisp up properly in the oven on 450 convect. Sometimes, you just need to make a mess with the sauce!! Most times for us, less is better
