I saw this recipe to make "party ribs," and if the end goal of your baby back ribs is to be smothered in bbq sauce, to me this is a new way to do it. As for the crispy potato salad, it will be something that I am going to keep on hand now. It took about an hour for the potatoes to crisp up properly in the oven on 450 convect. Crispy Potato Salad
