First time offering the hunting on an 850 acre ranch in Falls County. Looking for two management minded hunters. We have approximately 500+/- acres of hunting on the 850 +/- acre ranch. Deer, hog are the primary game. Ranch has never been leased. Water and electric are available but no existing camp. $7500 total.
