Costco Kirkland Signature champagne is from the Champagne region in France and is very good for the money at $20/bottle. My wife and sister are pretty snobby about champagne and both like it.

Weird Tip, not all Costco's have the liquor store which I find strange.

There are only 1 or 2 states that don't allow Costco to sell beer and wine. All other Costco's do sell beer and wine. Only certain states allow for hard liquor to be sold inside. Texas is not one of those states.

But yes, Texas Costco's do allow non-members to purchase beer and wine.
