Bought 2 of the 3x15s. Used a 20% off coupon and it worked. Decided I wanted 2 more and the second time the coupon didn't work. I certainly hope they don't cancel the first order.

I have no idea, not the price point where I buy scopes…I just know I’m not buying a 30oz hunting scope in any price point. I don’t care how durable or how clear the glass is.

I just bought a mint used xtr3 for $900. It is light years ahead of the xtr2 in glass quality

Indeed it’s and now that the pro has been out for a while I expect to see the price on the 3 to go down a little. I assume this closeout is the death of the 2 and I hate to see that. It is stand alone in its market. Bang/buck.
