Does look good.
Made a pot of gumbo yesterday, saved a dozen or so shrimp out to blacken they are so good

Looks delish. What's the green stuff? Just some sautéed spinach with garlic Looks fabulous. What do you like for your blackening seasoning? Right now I’m using Cajun Two Step Fire but I also really like Pendery’s Blackening. If I have to use a lot I’ll just make my own with paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, dried thyme, and dried oregano

No that looks good. I never cook shrimp and don’t know why. I love them.
