Made a pot of gumbo yesterday, saved a dozen or so shrimp out to blacken they are so good

Right now I’m using Cajun Two Step Fire but I also really like Pendery’s Blackening. If I have to use a lot I’ll just make my own with paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, dried thyme, and dried oregano

No that looks good. I never cook shrimp and don’t know why. I love them.
