I'm out hunting coyotes over some pig carcasses, and I'm about to pack it in, when suddenly the buzzards vacate en mass. And in flys a bald eagle. As I'm lining up my phone camera with my binoculars for a photo, a 2nd flies in. Right now they are still sitting in the tree and it's hard to get a good photo. Hopefully they'll change positions.

Well, they never flew down to feed on the pigs, and never gave me a better pose. But still very cool nonetheless. They sat on that branch for about 20 mins grooming themselves, then took off.

We have a pair of eagles that hang out around tic tac toe ranch. They catch fish out of lake and fly around the ducks.
They have a nest in some trees off 667 just out of Italy. Pretty fun to get to see them.

The last 2 or 3 lakes I have fished at, I have seen multiple pairs. It's becoming pretty common to see them in today's landscape. Always amazes me at the size of those dudes...
