Dang, it's still out here. You could hear a pin drop. Even "Deer View" windows sound like a bomb going off.

'Trying to catch a daylight boar. Cheeky bastard. realmad

Still here too. I was sitting by the smoker having my morning coffee and could hear the Turkeys rustling the leaves 100 yards away

My bride and I have had the sinus krap since Christmas. I think I'll be good to go this evening.

Boar didn't show. Lots of bucks though and a few does; one that wouldn't quit blowing, but wouldn't leave. Apparently the animal kingdom too has members that NEVER SHUT UP!

Pig corral traps will be started up soon. Come and get it! rifle

Came back from New Mexico yesterday. Full moon had a lot of deer moving off the highway around dusk.

Was surprised to see mesquites still holding leaves until you get north of Ft. Stockton. Never thought I would see that…very strange.

Calling for rain Tuesday…was gonna try and sneak in a mid week hunt but work schedule is filling up and the deer just may win before time runs out.

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Took me a minute to figure out what was still there.
