Broken Arrow Ranch in Ingram sells USDA inspected feral hog (as well as non-game venison and nilgai) to consumers and restaurants all over the country. It's excellent quality and you can get it shipped overnight.

The ones on my place are covered with ticks. I told the grandsons not to bring them to the house for pictures. Leave them where your shoot them.
When we trap them, they get shot in the trap. Then somebody sprays down, wears nurse gloves, and we haul them out of the trap and leave them for scavengers.
